Vary Your Vocabulary
If you are writing something, be it an article,
long email or
business correspondence, sometimes you find yourself using the
same word over and over, and you need to vary your vocabulary.
If you are using Word for Windows and you need a
quick synonym
for a word, just right-click the word, choose ?Synonyms?, and a
list of possible synonyms will appear, if applicable. This works
for most of the situations you might find yourself in, but if you
don?t locate one that is suitable, you may have to look further.
I use an online dictionary called surprisingly ?Dictionary.Com?

Using the same word again and again in anything
should be
avoided, especially if it is an article you have written which
people will look at with a critical eye.
